This paper describes the development of a new security risk analysis

methodology that can be used to determine the security requirements of
organisations. The methodology has been developed for use within
healthcare, but because of the generic nature of ODESSA it can be used to
determine the security requirement of many types of organisation.
The paper describes the problems with existing automated risk analysis
systems and how the ODESSA system can overcome the majority of these
problems. The paper also presents example security scenarios.
